    Order Processing & Cancellation

    All orders at SparkMode undergo thorough quality inspections before shipment. Due to our performance-driven manufacturing process, order processing typically takes 3-5 business days (extended from standard footwear retailers). During peak seasons (November-January), processing may require 5-7 business days. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your athletic footwear enters our specialized production queue and cannot be canceled, though our extended return policy provides ample flexibility.


    Returns & Exchanges

    We guarantee the durability of our performance footwear. Unworn shoes with original tags and soles may be returned within 21 days of delivery (exceeding standard athletic wear policies). For size exchanges, we allow 30 days to accommodate international shipping delays common with technical fabrics. Initiate returns through www.sparkmode.shop and select your preferred resolution. Note: Custom-fitted and clearance items marked "Final Sale" are excluded from returns.


    Return Conditions

    To maintain our performance standards, returns must: (1) Show absolutely no signs of wear, dirt, or outdoor use (2) Include all original packaging including specialized shoe inserts (3) Have intact anti-slip sole protectors. Our quality team conducts detailed inspections upon receipt. Footwear failing inspection will be returned to you within 14 business days with a comprehensive condition report and testing results.


    Refund Processing

    Refunds require 10-14 business days after we receive your return—this extended period ensures proper evaluation of technical footwear components. The refund amount excludes original shipping fees and any return shipping charges. For credit card payments, allow an additional 3-5 banking days for funds to appear in your account. During holiday seasons (November-January), processing may extend to 15 business days.


    Shipping Responsibilities

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error (wrong/damaged item). We require tracked shipping with insurance—SparkMode isn't liable for lost return packages. For international exchanges over $250, we provide prepaid DHL labels (deducted from your refund if unused).


    Damaged/Defective Items

    Report manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with detailed photos/videos of the issue. For genuine quality concerns, we'll arrange free return shipping and prioritize replacement (subject to stock availability) or issue a full refund including original shipping costs. This exception to our standard policy reflects our commitment to athletic performance standards.


    Special Circumstances

    Custom-colored or personalized footwear is final sale. For holiday purchases (November 15 - December 31), the return window extends to January 31. Performance trail running collections have enhanced durability testing requirements—contact our support team for details. SparkMode reserves the right to limit returns from customers with excessive return rates (>35% of orders).
